3-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your order!

Return/Exchange Window:
You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

Conditions:
1. Product must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact
2. For damaged, defective, or wrong item: Free return and free replacement
3. For size/color change: Customer pays return delivery charges  
4. COD Orders: Exchange or Store Credit only. Cash refunds are not available for COD. Bank/JazzCash/Easypaisa refunds will be processed after we receive the returned item.

Processing Time:
We will review your request within 24 hours. 
Once approved, exchange/refund will be processed in 5-7 business days.

Note: No returns accepted after 3 days. No returns on sale items.
