Shipping Policy

We deliver all over Pakistan with Cash on Delivery.

1. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan including Peshawar, Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and more.

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours. 
Our team will call you to confirm your order before dispatch.

3. Delivery Time
Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
Remote Areas: 5-7 business days
Delivery days are Monday to Saturday. No delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on your city and order weight.
COD Fee: A small cash handling fee may be charged by the courier.
Free Shipping: Available on orders above Rs. 2,999 [you can change this amount]

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp.

6. Failed Delivery
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt delivery 2 times. 
After 2 failed attempts, the order will be returned and a redelivery fee may apply.

7. Damaged/Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please make a video while opening and contact us within 24 hours.
