Welcome to The Velorastore.pk! By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms:

By accessing and placing an order at thevelorastore.pk, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. 
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Orders & Payment
1. All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.
2. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan. No advance payment required.
3. Our team will call you within 24 hours to confirm your order and address.

3. Shipping & Delivery
1. Delivery time: 3-5 business days across Pakistan.
2. Shipping charges may apply depending on location and order value.
3. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or incorrect address provided by customer.

4. Returns & Exchanges
Please refer to our 3-Day Return & Exchange Policy. 
Summary: Returns/Exchanges accepted within 3 days for unused items with proof. 
COD orders are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

5. Product Information
We try to display product colors and sizes as accurately as possible. 
Slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and fabric batches.

6. Customer Responsibility
1. Please provide correct phone number and delivery address.
2. Keep exact cash ready for the delivery rider.
3. Misuse of COD by placing fake orders may result in your number being blocked.

7. Privacy
Your personal information including name, address, phone and email will only be used for order processing and delivery. 
We do not share your data with third parties except our delivery partners.
